gross profit ဆုိတာ revenue ကုိ ျဖစ္ေပၚေစတဲ့ ကုန္က်စရိတ္ ႏုတ္လုိက္ၿပီးတဲ့ စုစုေပါင္း revenue ပဲ။
sales ထဲက cost of goods sold ကုိ ႏုတ္ထားတာေပါ့။
လစာတုိ႔၊ ဝင္ေငြခြန္တုိ႔၊ မီးတာခတုိ႔၊ ေရခတုိ႔၊ ႐ုံးခန္းခတုိ႔ စတဲ့ တစ္ျခားကုန္က်စားရိတ္ေတြ မေပးဖူးဆုိရင္ gross profit ဟာ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုက ဘယ္ေလာက္မ်ားမ်ား ေငြဝင္ေအာင္ရွာႏုိင္တယ္ဆိုတာ ေျပာတာပဲ။
