အဲဒီ နည္းလမ္းကုိ လူသိမ်ားေအာင္လုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ဓာတုေဗဒကုမၸဏီကုိ အသိအမွတ္ျပဳတဲ့အေနနဲ႔ အဲသလုိေခၚတာ။
ဒီစနစ္ဟာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ့ return on assets and equity ကုိရွင္းျပရေအာင္ ratios ေတြကုိ ဆက္စပ္ဖုိ႔ အသုံးဝင္တဲ့နည္းလမ္းျဖစ္တယ္။

Return on Equity ဟာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ့ leverage ratio, asset turnover, operating profit margin, debt burden ေတြက ေမြးဖြားလာတာျဖစ္တယ္။
Return on Assets ဟာ ကုမၸဏီရဲ့ asset turnover နဲ႔ operating profit margin တုိ႔က ေမြးဖြားလာတာျဖစ္တယ္။
